United KingdomI got myself a plastic bottle about 2 years ago. Was fantastic but the bottle did leak on the bottom through the seal. Eventually the whole structure of the crystals fell through and I was left with a bottle with a hole. I have tried to screw it back on but it is difficult to reach from the inside. In saying this, I have ordered a new glass bottle and a secondary insert. Bought this before 2021 new year and have yet to receive it, it has been over 15 days since it was dispatched. I've sent an email asking about the status, waiting to hear back. Bit of a pity, waiting patiently to use my new bottle... If it ever arrives.
United KingdomLove my new On-The-Go bottle I received as a Christmas gift so ordered 3 crystal inserts but have no idea how to remove the one that came in the bottle for one of the inserts I have now purchased as I do not want to do any damage to either without any instructions! Could you please help?
