United KingdomI love the look of the glass bottle, the flexibility to change crystal inserts and drinking the crystal charged water - all are worth five stars. However, I have not yet worked out a way to drink from it without dripping water onto myself /the floor :-( At first I wondered whether there was a leaky seal on bottom but I suspect it has something to do with the glass screw threads at the top....

IrelandI now have 4 crystal inserts. I check in with myself every day and decide what am I needing most. It’s also lots of fun to research and look up the meanings for each precious stone. I genuinely feel the crystals charge the water I’m fuelling my body with the energy that I’m needing. Almost like taking a supplement. I never throw out the water either if I haven’t finished and I want to refill my bottle I will pour the water in to my plants

United KingdomI had the bottle anyway, so ordered this insert for the health reasons listed. It is beautiful. Fits perfectly within my glass bottle. It has various green and purple fluorite crystals and that makes it look pretty. I have found the health benefits wonderful.
