United KingdomFirstly I was confused as I could have sworn I ordered two bottles but I just have had a blip with the page but more than likely my fault (bit gutted because i missed the special). It arrived quickly but the crystal chamber was lodged in squint and it took some muscle to loosen it. I then needed a lot of muscle to stop the bottle from leaking. Now I am happy and I love it. It looks pretty and just what I need ❤️

United KingdomA week after ordering I had no bottle or tracking info. I emailed and a day later the response was that a second bottle would be sent. After another week, still no bottle or tracking info. I sent a second email yesterday. Still waiting on a response.

United KingdomI loved receiving my bottle, beautifully packaged. I refill it nearly all the time and love drinking from it. I wish there had been a note in there to keep about the crystal but importantly how to nurture it. I had it on my windowsill and someone said don’t do that because it weakens the strength. My bottle is lovely but it does leak at times even when both lids are fully tightened which I’m disappointed with.
